Getting A Car

Getting A Car!

As some of you know getting a car loan is becoming harder and harder for a lot of people these days. The credit markets are still somewhat frozen. The U.S. Government would like for you to think things are changing, but that’s not totally true. Banks are only lending to people with excellent credit. In the past if you had good credit or even fair credit you could get loans for car title. The interest rate was a little higher, but you got the car loan. The problem today is that this isn’t happening anymore, which is hurting automakers, car dealers and their vendors. With that being said, it’s time for some to start looking for other sources. I would however suggest that if you do look for loans besides the banks to your research.

Watching My Favorite TV Show About Animals

February 16th, 2011 by admin

My favorite television show about animals is any type of documentary that features animals that you rarely see. Sometimes they are underwater shows about fish that live in the deepest parts of the ocean and other times it may be about animals that live in the deepest jungles. Whichever one of these documentaries is on, I will watch it. I love to watch them on my satellite television the day I had my direct tv next day installation.

The colors and scenes seem to come alive in high definition and makes these shows even more enjoyable. My children Tom and Mary love to watch these documentaries with me also. We enjoy seeing things we have never seen before and learning all that we can about them. After watching these shows, we will usually go on the internet in order to find out additional information about the featured animal.

Learning new things has always fascinated me and these shows let me learn about the world around me and the many wonders that we don’t really even know about yet. My children have learned many things and have put together reports for school from the information they have gathered on these once unknown animals. These shows put a whole different spin on the regular animal shows that are available. Everyone should make an effort to watch these shows once in a while to learn something new.

First Time Online Shoppers

First Time Online Shoppers!

This past holiday season was great for online retailers. Instead of people putting on their running shorts and running to the malls they stayed home. I reading that a few online retailers had double digit percent increase over last year. And shopping at the malls where down a few percent. So I would have to say that it wasn’t as bad as a lot of analysts thought it was going to be. And most of the online sales where for things like the Nintendo Wii game console and LCD HDTV’s. It seems that you can purchase just about anything online these days. If you purchased online this year I would be willing to bet that you will be doing it again soon. This past holiday season there was a lot of first time online shoppers. And the main reason for them purchasing online was because they where looking for deals. And now that they found a new way to buy things they’re saying good-by to the malls.

Your Own Stamp

Your Own Stamp!

My biggest problem I have with all the welfare money going out to these big companies is AIG. These jerks and crocks so far have received over $200 billion of tax payers money. And their going to need about another $200 billion to get straighten out. Just the other day AIG reported a huge lose, then had the guts to ask Federal Reserve for more money to stay alive. I wonder when the Fed will just hand them their own ink stamps and start writting their own checks. This welfare bailout is really starting to get to me. We’re saving banks and anyone that wants free money from us, and in the mean time our 401k’s are becoming worthless. I thought the whole point behind all this is to help the American people. I can’t think of one person that this bailout has helped. Here’s what we need to do, and I said it before, the U.S. government needs to take these companies over. Take them over not to run, but to break up and sell off to other companies that are doing it right. This way we get our money back and those other companies with good management in place get to grow, which would create jobs or keep jobs. Sounds good, but will never happen. The U.S. government and most Americans are going to go broke within a year. The poor are going to get poorer!
