Stock Market Dead!
I can’t take this up and down of the stock market anymore. I have lost a lot of money over the last few months. I just keep sitting here saying to myself, things are going to get better, they have too. At lease the oil prices are coming down some, but only for awhile I’m sure. When stocks tumble like they did today it makes me feel very uneasy about things. Our U.S. homes are worth 6% less than what they where a year ago. That means no one can sell, they have to hold until they regain value. But they too may never go back up in the near future, maybe some day. So what’s next, will the U.S. Government jump in and try to really take action? I don’t feel they’re doing their jobs. They may think they are, but there not. Just ask any American around you, I bet they will say the same thing about the U.S. Government. Any ways, let hold on to hope and we should get through these bad times.
Danica Patrick Heated!
I just about this on Yahoo. I had no idea that on Saturday the Honda Indy 200 that Danica Patrick and Milka Duno, another woman racer in this weekend race had a little spat. Apparently Milka Duno who is a less experienced driver was getting in the way of Danica Patrick several times during the practice run. So Patrick confronted her in the pit area after her run. The confrontation only lasted about a minute, but witnesses said that Duno flung a towel in Patrick’s direction at one point as the two exchanged words. Which ended with Patrick walking the other way. Patrick is under a lot of pressure to win races, maybe more than she can handle. Go ahead and read more about the “fight” on Yahoo.
Is Favre Coming Back!
Now here is some great news for the NFL. Right now going around the NFL is that Brett Favre may be coming back to play. And I don’t think it’s going to be with the Green Bay Packers. Apparently Favre’s agent asked the Packers to release him from the team. From what I have read the Packers have made it clear they’re committed to quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Which was the first-round pick in 2005 who has been waiting for Favre to call it quits. Do you all remember the day he retired, he was crying during his speech, you could feel his pain. I would personally love to see him come back and play for my team, the Minnesota Vikings. If the Vikings pick him up they would turn from a good team to a great team over night. Anyway, I sure hope he does come back, he’s still a great player.
