Green Lawns

Green Lawns!

Don’t use those harmful chemicals on your lawn anymore. You hear it everyday, buy this chemical, and buy that chemical, and your lawn will be greener. Not the case! If you already don’t know, grass is a weed, and needs very little care to help it grow. When you use those chemicals, over water and improper cutting only damages your lawn. Here’s the best way to care for your lawn. You should only water your lawn if you go a week of no rain. If this happens, water lightly over a few hours. And the most important care is cutting your lawn. Leave two to three inches high for best results. If you own a pond that’s a whole diffrent case. You should do some sort of pond algae control or your pond will look bad. But your lawn, just leave it alone, it’ll grow just fine. What I have stated is general care to your lawn. Lawn care may very slightly depending on if you live in the north vs. the south.

Buying Online

Buying Online!

I normally don’t mention my online shopping on this blog but I decided to share this info with everyone. I was looking for quality patio furniture for our new patio, which isn’t completed yet. I came acroos a few sites that seemed to offer some good deals, but delivery was a big charge. I came across a site that offered everything that I was looking for, but I just couldn’t get past the shipping charges. I buy everything online, well just about everything, but I think buying big item things well still have to wait. I recommend sticking to smaller items purchases like a door chime , unless the site offers free shipping on the larger things. Online companies are starting to offer low cost shipping on larger items, even free. You just need to find the right site to buy from, there out there.

Pick The Right Fence!

There are many choices out there for fencing.  You should consider what your main purpose for the fence is going to be.  Then choose what will serve your main needs.  You want a fence that can meet your needs in a multi propose matter.  Try to get a fence that can meet your privacy, security, containment and cosmetic needs.  Some of the most used fences are vinyl, wood panel, polymer, post and rail and the most used chain link fence.  You should consider all choices and stay within your budget.
