The World Is Watching

The World Is Watching!

As most of you have already read, or at least heard that Jon and Kate Gosselin of the reality TV show “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” are rumored to be getting a divorce, again rumored. There are also rumors of infidelity, by both of them. Me personally, I can careless, I don’t watch the show, and a matter of fact I don’t think I’ve ever watch a show the whole time it’s been on. I’m only writing about it because I think it’s all a joke. I think the ratings are down, and what better way to raise them. Once the word got out that there was infidelity people perked up and starting watching to see how it was all going to play out. People love to see other people’s bad luck. But for the most part, their doing this to themselves, Jon and Kate.

Here’s what bothers me the most about the show. Their show casing their kids to the world, which I feel is wrong. But then again if they didn’t have so many kids there wouldn’t be a show. And if people stopped watching there would be no show. However, if I had that many kids, and got a show like this I don’t think I would show everything. Like the big party they had for the kids, which could have been paid for by PartyPail, not sure though. I would keep that out of taping, but that’s what the network wants, and I’m sure the family wanted it as well. I’m here to also tell everyone that Jon and Kate don’t take care of those kids on their owe. They have helpers most likely for every kid. The show is fake, and the ratings are sinking, that’s a fact.

Not Right

Not Right!

I was just reading that the makers of Slumdog Millionaire isn’t really following through with helping the kids in the movie. They say they are, but the families are reported different news on that. Slumdog Millionaire made almost $400 million, which this number is still going up on DVD sales. The real actors, the kids are getting nothing. The makers said there is a trust fund setup to purchase homes for the families, come on, really. There should be a trust fund in the millions for the kids now to live on and the bulk should be paid to them when their 18 years old. This way they can live a good life now, and stop the parents from taking all the money. But that will never happen, the makers of the movie will move on in a year and forget about the people that made them millions. If you ask me, we should boycott this movie until the makers help these kids, the right way. So don’t buy this movie until these kids and their families get their cut, after that’s the right thing to do.

Time To Travel!

Right now it seems to be the time to start booking your next summer Orlando vacations. I’ve searching around on the internet and have seen a few great deals. And if your not in the mood of searching use a travel agency. Their’s travel agency’s out there offering some of those great deals. Some of them are even canceling their booking fees to get your business. But you will need to book before May 31st to get that booking fee waived. Me personally I like to search for my own deals, but do understand why people use travel agency‘s. Travel agency’s do offer great deals at times, which make it worth using their services. If your not the type of person to haggle your rate then use a travel agency. But make sure you get the best deal you can, and do your research to make sure your getting the best rate. I always recommend that you call the resort or where ever your staying to check the rates given to you, just to be safe.

Pop Superstar

Pop Superstar!

It’s about time a judge in Africa had finale stood up to these movie star’s and pop star’s trying to adopt African children. And that’s just what had happened today. The judge is Esme Chombo in Malawi, he blocked the adoption of a 3 year old girl that Madonna tried to adopt. I had read that the judge stated that Madonna hadn’t been in the country since 2008, which was the main reason for the denial. He also noted that during this adoption she wasn’t even in the country for a week. His main reason was “residency requirements,” which she failed to meet. And from what I read I agree with his decision. How could Madonna take a child she doesn’t even know. The child is 3 years old and would be totally scared if taken from her care givers. I don’t care how much money you have or how many home theater chairs you have in your basement, it wouldn’t be right. The judge was right, but in the end money will win this one. The judge will be pressured to push it through by the African Government. Hopefully this won’t happen and the Government stands by this judge.
