Fiat Group SpA!

It’s starting to look like the Fiat Group SpA is looking to now takeover General Motor’s European business. Their already planning to purchase Chrysler’s core business, so why not take on more. The problem I think is that their taking on business that’s losing business, so what’s the point. Do they think their smarter and will start making a profit.

The GM European business has asked for almost $5 billion just to get through day to day business operations over the next few months. Me personally I think the Fiat Group SpA are out of their minds. Their greed is going to kill them down the road, just like Chrysler and GM. I think Ford Motor Company is the only auto maker that gets it. They new for a long time that they where growing and becoming to big, and wouldn’t be profitable. So a few years ago they started to sell off parts of the company, and stuck with their core bossiness. This is why their doing so much better than any other auto maker. They will become profitable again within a year or two. And when that happens they will become the new leaders of the auto industry.

General Motors Corp. has filed for bankruptcy protection for their Swedish-based subsidiary Saab on Friday. The bankruptcy protection was filed because the Swedish Government had turned down GM for a government loan like their getting in the U.S. It seems that the Swedish Government knows more than the U.S. Government. They should be forced into bankruptcy for all their bad choices made. The only thing the Swedish Government needs to do know is to get a hidden spy camera in place to catch all the paper shredding that’s going to happen. These company’s have done so much wrong doing in the past who’s to say they won’t do it again. Now I can’t prove wrong doing, but let’s see if they can disapprove any wrong doing. Anyway, Saab is going into bankruptcy protection, which will make it a lot easier for GM to sell it off. Or better yet why don’t they keep it and make it stronger.

Running To The Rescue

Running To The Rescue!

It seems that the automakers finally got their way and will be receiving $17.4 billion in government loans. President Bush as rescued another U.S. Industry on the backs of Americans. I’m going to have to get back to the gym and get on one of those treadmills to be able to carry other businesses. I’m getting a little tired of all these big companies crying for a government hand out. Hopeful my workout will be able to keep me going. Although I do understand that it’s not all on Bush, those crocks in the Congress have been handing out a lot of our money as well. Anyway, we’ll save talking about Congress for another day, because I will go nuts if I say anymore about them. Now back to the automakers loan, I did read that one good thing was going into the loan package. The Bush administration is giving them 3 months to get a good plan in place. If they fail to get back on track the loan will be called in and no more money will go out. By having this added in it could help us get our money back faster, or better yet stop the lending. I still think they shouldn’t get the money, but what do I really know?
