Are you a little chubby, maybe a little overweight? If so your sleep disorder could be the cause of your over weightiness. The fact is, anyway that’s what researchers who took the time to study people overweight believe that their sleep disorders are cause. This new study I came across confirms this as well. I’m not talking about people that are obese, I’m talking about people that are chubby, or a little overweight. The test that was done on chubby people was to prove that we all must do better with our eating habits. And we all also need to exercise more to get somewhat in shape to reduce our risks. And we also need more sleep. So go ahead and get your electric blanket out and get a good night of sleep. I feel that if I can get a good night sleep I would do a lot better with my weight.
