Going South!

Have any of you been thinking of heading south for a few days, or maybe a week this coming winter? I have, and I’m still thinking about heading down there to get the taste of some wamer weather, even if it’s for a week. If you’re thinking of heading down as well, one place to check out is the Outer Banks area.

While I was searching around on the internet for a place to stay I came across Carolina Designs. Although I have never used these guys, I think someone out there could find them to be a reliable source for renting in the area. I was looking and found some great deals on the Duck vacation rentals . Plus from what I read on their site some of the rooms available have fair weekly rates. Here’s one of the houses you can rent for the week. I also did come across some pricey and very fancy ones, which had very costly weekly rates. They seems to tailor to just about everyone. So if your looking to travel south this fall or winter make sure you find the best deals, there out there, you just have to go find them.

Big Problem

Big Problems!

As most of you already know this, asbestos causes cancer. And the most common caused cancer related to asbestos is Mesothelioma . Mesothelioma surrounds your body’s vital organs with membranes, which secrete a lubricating fluid that provide an easy movement of the organs. And the most attacked organ is your lungs.

I bring this up because most people don’t realize that their exposed to asbestos everyday. Did you know that most schools, factories and even hospitals out there have asbestos in them, even old buildings you work in do. If you work in an old building just take the time to look above your head, it’s there and you don’t even know it. The reason they don’t remove it is because, one, the cost is very high, and two, they say it takes like 30 years to affect you, keyword is “they.” The fact is, if the tiles are breaking and dust is falling, it will affect you quickly. But if there’s no dust “they” say your fine. I say do your research and find out for yourself, it‘s serious, it’s your life.

What To Do

What To Do!

I normally don’t post things about the New England Patriots, but had to bring this up. Do you all remember how Tom Brady took over the starting roll for the New England Patriots? I do, he replace Drew Bledsoe when he got hurt. Bledsoe was a great quarterback tossed to the side by the Patriots. And now it looks like the Patriots might do it to injured Tom Brady. I guess what comes around goes around. I sure hope Brady is taking his proven fat burner , is there such a thing, don’t think so. The truth is Brady will be fine, he’s just a little banged up, he’ll play for now.

Healthy Or Not

Healthy Or Not!

Just about every person in American, and around the world are feeling the affect of this recession, either by financial problems, or health problems. And the reason I say health problems is because many people are cutting their spending on healthy foods, and spending more on cheap junk food. Some people will turn to smoking, and smoking cigars , which can cost some bucks in a low income family. Most people think their saving money now by buying junk food, but will cost them more down the road when they become over weight, and sick from smoking. A few of the experts think Americans are going to increase their weight because of these unhealthy foods. So in the end you really not saving any money. Just do the right thing, and keep yourself and family healthy.
