Lose More!

Had any of you ever try the weight loss program call “Atkins?” I did, and it worked, I lost about 20 pounds. Now I was just reading tonight that this diet could cause me to have higher cholesterol levels, unreal. And increases my rate of having a heart attack. The study was also done on the Ornish and South Beach programs. And the out come was that the Atkins program was the higher risk one. I wish I had known this information 5 years ago when I did it. I’m not going to worry to much about, I did it for about 4 months and I don’t do it anymore. From what I learned about my diet was that exercising was the main weight loss for me. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend any other diet program to anyone ever again. And as for diet pills, I would recommend that you read reviews on them, like atro-phex reviews . What I would recommend is exercising at lease 45 minutes a day. Just simply exercising will help you loss weight, help your heart and get you in fit. I recommend walking, that’s what I do, and it works for me.
