Time To Pay!
The federal appeals court today agreed that top tobacco companies are guilty for racketeering and fraud. Most all top tobacco companies where found guilty of these charges in 2006. I’m not going to name them all out, I think you know who they are. This battle has been going on for over 10 years now. These tobacco companies knew their products where killing people, back in the 50’s, and they did nothing about it.
Part of the requirements tobacco manufacturers have to change the way they sell their products. Plus they need to remove the labels “low tar,” “light,” “ultra light” or “mild.” That’s because there is no such way to reduce the tar going into your body. I think these tobacco companies should be forced out for good. They created a product that kills people. And the sad thing is that people today still smoke, makes no since to me. There are so many ways to stop, but people still do it. Anyway, most of these tobacco companies are going to appeal to the Supreme Court. And when the Supreme Court shots them down it will be time for them to pay up.
