Buy Or Wait!

Are you thinking of purchasing a home during this poor housing market? Here’s what I think, you should. For the most part, the bottom is here. Sellers are slashing their listing prices to attract buyers. And if their not getting their asking price their going even lower. This makes it a buyers market, but could turn to a sellers market very quickly, so move now. Plus sellers are also giving away things to get you to buy. If you do hold out, try to get that price down or get more house. Oh, if you’re also a seller you will know how it feels on both sides of the deal. Good Luck!
