Airline’s Scam Us!

This just came in….. It seems that four airlines – Air France-KLM, Cathay Pacific Airways, Martinair Holland and SAS Cargo Group have jacked the price of shipping cargo. From what I read, executives from each of the airlines would meet in the United States, Europe and Asia to put the price-fixing scheme in place. They would set and raise the cargo rates, fuel surcharges and security costs for most every business and consumer. So what do you think happened to these bloodsuckers? Well, we sort of got them back. We slapped them on the hand and gave them a fine. Yes, we fined the four international airlines for a total of $504 million, which they agreed to pay. Air France-KLM got hit the hardest with a fine of $350 million to settle. Here’s what I think, we should have thrown all the executives that where price-fixing the rates in jail. Is it too late to do this, I hope not!
